I JUST WENT TO SEE THE ROOM OF THE HOTEL BUT DID NOT CHECKED IN DUE TO WORST CONDITION OF THE HOTEL. HORRBLE MAINTAINANCE AND POOR ROOMS. NO RECEPTION AT ALL. PHOTOS SHOWN ON NET ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF THE ROOMS AND HOTEL.

I have paid 1020 inr extra for breakfast still breakfast didn’t receive on time *staff behaviour wasn’t good * common basic amenities was not available even toot paste available on chargeable basis * rooms are not well clean * mattresses and towels are too old not in good condition * staff are not professional at all * while I booked room they have promised for extra bed and once we arrive they have asked paid full amount so that we can’t even change hotel * once we ask for extra bed they denied for bed only provide mattresses kept on the floor Not expected * there are multiple issue with this hotel and management team They don’t even have shaving kit * during booking breakfast timings has been given 6 to 10 but reality is that they open their kitchen at 8:00 am that’s worst one False promises given by their sales team Disaster management experience at all

Location is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is cooperative. Service is good. Reasonably good breakfast. Bathroom is good. Reception lounge full. Good experience at very reasonable rate. Toiletaries at additional cost.

Probably one of the well maintained FAB brand of hotels with well-sized roooms having all basic amenities and a colorful furnishings. Synonymous with all FAB brand of hotels, this one too offers a limited complimentary healthy breakfast with Coffee/Tea in the morning. One of the big advantages with this hotel is its prime location with a good view of the arterial road and everything that you need at stones throw away. However the biggest disadvantage is that it doesn't have a in-house restaurant or for that matter a gym or pool.

One of the better hotels under the FAB brand of hotels in Indore.The rooms are well-sized with all basic amenities and a decent & colorful decor. The hotel also offers a complimentary and limited basic breakfast with Coffee/Tea which can be termed as healthy and sufficient to start your day. The staff is very friendly and helpful to all your needs.
